In 2015, the regional district undertook an analysis of all the road rights of way that lead to the foreshore. This project took place on Quadra and Cortes islands as well as in Area D (Jubilee Parkway South to the Oyster River). The sites that provide easy access to the foreshore were sign-posted.
Look for the following signs to access beautiful beaches through the regional district:

Please respect private property to either side of the beach accesses.
